  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Fresh chilli, sliced – optional

Slice the pak choi, keeping the thicker stems separate from the leaves.

Finely grate or crush the garlic and slice the spring onions.

Cook the noodles

Cook the egg noodles according to the packet instructions.

Drain thoroughly and set aside.

Fry the turkey

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat.

Add the Riverside Foods Turkey Mince and cook for approximately 5–6 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and thoroughly cooked.

Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.

Add the vegetables

Add the green beans and pak choi stems to the pan.

Stir-fry for approximately 3–4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still retain some crunch.

Add the pak choi leaves and stir through.

Add the flavour

Pour in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sambal paste.

Stir thoroughly to coat the turkey and vegetables.

Allow the sauce to bubble gently for 1–2 minutes.

Finish with the sesame oil and mix well.
