Sweet ‘n’ Sour Turkey Meatballs
Sweet and sour sauce has a rich history, originating in Chinese cuisine before becoming a global favourite. Traditionally used in stir-fries and glazes, this tangy-sweet blend balances flavours perfectly. Our Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs put a healthier, halal-friendly spin on the classic dish by using lean 100% turkey breast, making them lower in fat than traditional beef or pork meatballs.
Want to turn up the heat? Add a dash of chili flakes, sriracha, or fresh chopped red chilies for a spicy kick that complements the sweetness. These tender turkey meatballs, coated in a glossy sweet and sour sauce, make an irresistible appetizer or main dish. Serve them with fluffy rice or crunchy stir-fried vegetables for a meal that’s as satisfying as it is wholesome!
