Ingredients
- 150g Riverside Foods Turkey Pops
- 50ml gochujang sauce
- 30g pickled pink slaw
- a handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- ½ lime
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
Cook the turkey pops
Cook the Riverside Foods Turkey Pops according to the product instructions until golden, crispy and piping hot.
Coat in gochujang
Place the cooked turkey pops into a bowl and pour over the gochujang sauce. Toss until each piece is evenly coated.
Load them up
