Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta
Rich, indulgent, yet balanced — this creamy garlic chicken pasta hits the spot when people want comfort without overdoing it. The garlic and cream sauce adds flavour, the chicken brings protein, and pasta carries it all. Ideal for restaurants, cafés, or food halls.
Ingredients
-
400g dried pasta (penne or tagliatelle)
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 chicken breast fillet (≈ 400g), sliced into strips
-
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
-
150g baby spinach
-
150ml single cream
-
50g Parmesan, finely grated
-
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
-
Fresh parsley to finish
Method
- Cook pasta in well-salted boiling water according to pack instructions until al dente. Reserve ~100ml cooking water, then drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan, add chicken strips, season and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In same pan, add garlic, cook for 1 min until fragrant. Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Add cream, return chicken, stir through. If sauce too thick, loosen with reserved pasta water.
- Toss in pasta, mix well, then sprinkle Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.
