This glass noodle chicken stir-fry brings all the umami goodness of a classic Asian-style stir-fry, with the added bonus of being completely gluten-free. Using our succulent gluten-free chicken chunks, this dish is perfect for anyone catering to dietary sensitivities – without compromising on flavour or texture.
Glass noodles, also known as cellophane noodles or bean thread noodles, are naturally gluten-free and have a deliciously chewy bite that soaks up sauces beautifully. Paired with crisp stir-fried vegetables, zingy lime, and a sticky hoisin-soy glaze, this stir-fry is light, satisfying and vibrant – ideal for a midweek dinner or quick lunch.
The bold flavours of hoisin sauce, garlic, and a splash of soy deliver that classic sweet-savoury hit, while fresh lime adds a pop of acidity to balance the richness. It’s an easy one-pan meal that comes together in under 30 minutes – perfect for busy kitchens and health-conscious diners alike. If you’re stocking a menu with gluten-free options, this dish is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
